How it works

From invoice to payout, no manual steps

Four moments. In none of them do you open a new account, chase a document or talk to a bank.

  1. 01

    The client pays

Through your payment link or the Worksible invoice, by card or transfer, in their currency.

  2. 02

    Worksible invoices and verifies

We issue the invoice to the client, verify your identity once and apply your country's tax rules.

  3. 03

    You choose the destination

Your local bank or your USDC wallet. You see the rate and what arrives before confirming.

  4. 04

You get paid, with an invoice

The money leaves with your self-billing invoice generated and, for USDC, the transaction hash on the document.

Pricing

5% per payment. You decide who pays it.

One fee, no subscriptions, no lock-in. When you create the link or the invoice you choose whether your client pays it on top of the amount or it comes out of what you receive. You can change it on every payment.

On a €1,000 invoice

Option A

Your client pays it

The amount you invoice is the amount that arrives. The fee is added to the client's payment, itemised on the invoice.

Your client pays
€1,050
You receive
€1,000

Option B

You absorb it

Your client pays exactly what was invoiced and the fee is deducted from your payout. Handy when the price is fixed.

Your client pays
€1,000
You receive
€950

If you get paid in another currency or in USDC, the Worksible rate applies, with a 0.5% margin inside. There are no other fees: none for receiving in a local bank, no network fee for USDC.

Getting paid in USDC

Digital dollars in your wallet, with an invoice.

For people working from countries with inflation, capital controls or banks that don't cooperate. You get paid in a dollar-pegged asset, without opening an account abroad, with the same paperwork as a bank payment.

Stable against your currency

USDC keeps parity with the dollar. What you earn today is worth the same tomorrow, even if your local currency isn't.

No intermediary bank

All you need is a wallet. No SWIFT, no correspondent banks, nothing skimmed along the way.

In the daily batch

USDC payouts go out together once a day and land in your wallet in minutes, usually within 24 hours.

Verified at both ends

Your identity through KYC and your wallet through AML screening before the first send. That is what makes the payment defensible.

Getting paid in USDC does not change your tax obligations: income is declared like in any other currency. That is why every payout carries its invoice.

Comparison

What arrives from a €1,000 invoice

SWIFT and payout platforms usually cost more than their price list says: intermediary banks, margins hidden in the exchange rate and withdrawal fees you only see once the money has landed. Here it is all in one place, and with Worksible the full price is visible before you confirm.

Amounts with the 5% fee paid by your client; if you absorb it, subtract €50 in the Worksible columns. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Income is income in any currency, and in many countries crypto also has its own tax treatment. Worksible gives you the self-billing invoice and the record of every payout precisely so declaring it is easy. It is not a way to pay less tax and we don't present it as one.
