Over fifteen years of experience in IT Industry (IT Manager, Project Test Lead, ProjectResponsible to build a Test Strategy that is in balance with the Industry quality best practices whilst maintaining the flexibility required in meeting the demands of the “Master Order Book” project delivery across multiple work streams.
Creation of Test Strategy that encompass UAT (User Acceptance Tests, providing confidence to the business that the new solution is fit for purpose and can support existing business processes and that it can be implemented smoothly and cleanly
• Trainings provided to enable users to transition to the system smoothly
• Validation of the business processes, work in conjunction with the system smoothly
• Programme test strategy, also member of design authority and test authority
• Identification of Test cases
• Build Test scripts and Tests scenarios
• Identify issues early and prevent them reoccurring in production
• Responsible to build Tests environments and Test Data: UAT
• Responsible for tests governance approvals
Hypercare Manager
• Responsible for the triage of the IT issues such as Data, Functional, Technical, or new Requirement (Change Request)
• Responsible for engaging Business Analyst for assessment and documentation (bug or change request)
• Creation of Change Request or Bug (Defect) to be logged in ADO (Azure Dev/Ops) tool
